Welcome to Zynet LLC (“Zynet,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of computers and related products from us (the “Products”). By purchasing from Zynet, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Sales

Zynet LLC sells computers and related hardware. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Zynet is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier unless otherwise required by law

4. No Returns Policy (All Sales Final)

All sales are final. Zynet LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any Products once a purchase is completed.

Please ensure that you carefully review product specifications and compatibility before making a purchase.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Manufacturer Warranties Only

Zynet LLC does not provide any independent warranties on the Products we sell.

All Products are sold as-is, with only the warranty (if any) provided by the original manufacturer. Any warranty claims, repairs, or support must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zynet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

You are responsible for the proper use, setup, and maintenance of any Products purchased. Zynet is not responsible for:

  • Software issues

  • Data loss

  • Compatibility problems with third-party products

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Missouri.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
